Office related problems can range from upper back and neck pain to head aches and carpel tunnel syndrome. So after we do a case history, we can decide on a treatment plan best suited to your needs.
Usually, I start with a good general back massage that includes working your low back. Extra time is given to your troubled areas and I use a variety techniques. For upper back and neck pain, I often combine trigger point work with joint mobilization. No office treatment is complete without a good forearm and hand massage to refresh your tools of the trade and prevent carpel tunnel syndrome. To go with that, clients benefit from pectoral myofascial release and stretching. And to finish, head-neck-shoulders massage to releave suboccipital and neck tension.
